As same sex marriage is becoming legal in many states across the country, it should be an obvious result that many same sex couples will seek a legal end to those marriages as well. I predict same sex divorces to be much more common place soon. The same sex divorce will not be much different from heterosexual divorces as the same laws apply and the same issues such as alimony, property distribution and even parenting will still be there.
