My experience with Mr. Golub has shown him to be an attorney of excellent character and having a true concern for the well-being of his client. Filing bankruptcy was very traumatic for me. Mr. Golub provided excellent legal advice and handled my case perfectly, and he also treated me as a human being. The most profound example happened when we were in court. I was asked questions that I had to answer, but I was so distraught that all I could do was cry. I tried to find my composure and voice so that I could answer the questions, but all I could do was stand there and sob. Realizing my distress and need of support, Mr. Golub, who was standing beside me, moved slightly toward me and lightly touched his arm against mine. It was so slight that I am sure it was not noticeable to anyone else, but it was just what I needed to encourage me and help me to regain my composure. Mr. Golub showed great discernment in the situation and knew exactly what he needed to do for the well-being of his client. His small gesture and reassurance was huge to me and made all the difference. He and his staff have also gone the extra mile and been patient, courteous, and professional in answering questions I have had in the years following my bankruptcy. Mr. Golub helped us when our son was wrongly taken from us by dcf. He had twisted his leg coming off a slide at our home and broke his little leg and the hospital had called dcf. They took him on a Friday and we had an emergency hearing early Saturday morning. He was so aggressive and got our story of what had truly happened heard and they were ordered to return him immediately. I was extremely impressed at the way he fought for us.
